Disgusted with Poor service

<p>Query ref no – 1- ********** 8181</p> <p> Herewith my communication with Vodacom...after been on the phone with them forever....still query not resolved till todate....Spoke to them 1 November</p> <p>My query seems to be taking long to be resolved, please cancel my R39 deal a month…since I feel that I have been deceived by the person selling me the deal….and Vodacom is failing to resolve my issue. So I agreed and he sent me an sms WHICH READ, Dear Khuliwe Binta your quotation has been processed 1- ********** 2843.Use the order no 1- ********** 5585, whe contacting Vodacom. He said will be getting my airtime together with 250 mb of data today 1 November 2016. Today when I checked, only airtime was there and no data. Please check for me whats happening???
