disgusted with management behaviour

Recently i upgraded my cellphone contract at the vodacom shop midlands mall. Strange how 2 months later i receive an anonymous sms.i won't go into the Contents of the sms Whether the sms is true or not doesn't change the doubt that has been filled in my head. Upon investigation I found out that the person that sent this sms to me was an assistant manager of the vodacom shop in the midlands mall. I then realised that since my wife works there also this had to be something going on internally some sort of vendetta perhaps. Everyone has a right to send an sms yes but not everyone has resources to cover it up. I feel violated as a customer because one of two things happened, she took my cellphone number from the paperwork of my upgrade which I have been made aware that the store keeps scanned copys of or she used her access as a manager to get a next of kins number from their system for my wife which in my opinion is still ********* because that number is meant to be used in an emergency. The reason for sending it remains unknown to me and I have no desire to know what inspired such a vindictive act. My issue is that the staff at the vodacom shop have no sense of ethic or regard for people and I say staff because if a manager behaves in this manner what could the staff under her be capable of? Do they have the right to abuse the systems they work on to destroy people for their own personal gain thinking that because they have access to sim cards and cellphones that we as customers can't track be accepted? So innocent people's lives need to be turned upside down because you dislike someone. How many other people that you may dislike have been destroyed because of an anonymous sms. I feel that vodacom and their franchises should becareful who they hire because their purpose is to provide us with connection not have someone try to destroy lives and use their system to cover it up. Proper training should be held for managers with regards to ethical behavior so the brand doesn't suffer. nothing has been done to this individual yet and 3weeks has gone by and I didn't even receive an apology from the accused or higher level management, they have taken this matter in the lightest regard although they are aware of what has transpired to me they are protecting this person. Immediate action should have been taken. Just shows how they don't value customers, I will be cancelling all my contracts and spreading the word to everyone I know about this experience. Next time someone gets an anonymous sms be sure to investigate your service provider first.
