Disgusted Service

Vodacom services is such a disappointment. A consultant phoned me to decrease my account, not an "upgrade" and only to find out later is was an upgrade paying much more that what was said. 2 New numbers with no device was loaded on my account. Phoned Vodacom on numerous occasion with lack of communication for their side. I have been a Vodacom customer for more than 14 years and are very dissatisfied and disgusted with them.
