Disgusted per usual at Vodacom lack of customer service!!

Vodacom! When I catch you I am throwing hands you damn fool.

I am also one of the many people who ordered something on black Friday and my order ended up getting cancelled without informing me.

When I tell you that if I was notified of short stock I would have gone to another company but it wouldn't be Vodacom if they weren't so selfish right?

Peak deadlines season at work, my work requires a cell phone to access literally all our apps and print etc and I ordered quickly because I was struggling, tell me why I ended up using my struggle phone, go home for holidays, struggle to navigate with google Maps and working from home and still come back to find still nothing on the order and I am still at work, switching my old and almost near dead phone and I need to start the process again with another company???

Pure disgust!!!
