Disgusted on Vodacom Service

The way I feel I don't even want to rate their service cause I get very angry. I had 4 contracts with Vodacom struggled to cancel the 2 and but finally it was done. I'm currently left with 2 contracts which one of them expired end of November and left with one to expire in April. I called on the 8/112023 at 16:05 to send notice for cancellation of the one number *** and spoke Nothando she said she will send the request and informed me about a 3 months flexi package I can take on the remaining number of ***, we spoke and I asked if I can also cancel that package if I don't want to carry on with it before the contract ends for the 066 number, everything was agreed. Then on the 30th November do I not receive sms for upgrade on 079 Order no. ***. When I specifically said to cancel the contract, I don't know if am I the one who cannot speak properly ofr Vodacom agents have zero tolerance to listening to customers when we want to cancel. I phoned same day and spoke to another agent who could retrieve my last call and he said he will assist and I informed him about the package and said okay let me take it and see and he confirmed I can also cancel it as I was taking a sim upgrade, thinking maybe this agent will do the right thing am I not proven wrong again still no cancellation of my *** number. I'm seeing a statement that has included that number. TELL ME VODACOM where is the problem here, customer with you guys for more than 10 years but the simplest thing I ask it cannot be done. I would like to get this sorted out ASAP AND I ALSO WANT TO CANCEL EVEN THE SIM UPGRADE ON THE *** ORDER NUMBER - *** JUST LET ME BE AND FINISH THE CONTRACT THAT IS STILL OPEN DO NOT EVER EVER OFFER ME ANYTHING CAUSE CLEARLY IM NOT WORTHY OF BEING A CUSTOMER WITH YOU. DO NOT EXPECT TO GET FUNDS AS STATED IN MY STATEMENTS CAUSE I WILL NOT BE PAYING FOR THE 079 NUMBER.

YOOOOO I CANNOT DEAL WITH SUCH SERVICE NOT WHEN I'VE BEEN SO LONG WITH VODACOM AND ITS SAME STRUGGLE EVERYTIME.

I USED MY 066 number when I called.
