Disgusted in Vodacom service

I reported my phone ****** at the police staion Kuilsriver and send the affidavit to Vodacom to blacklist my phone. I investigate myself and found my phone after a few days of investigating . My husband send through another affidavit to unblacklist my phone which they did and we still have proof we email vodacom on 27 May 2018 to unblacklist the device with a sworn affidavit. a Few ago my phone started to give me problems I took it to Vodafone Cape Gate for repairs as we have insurance on the phone. I got an sms Monday 12 November 2018 to say that the phone has been received by Vodacom Repairs Tygervalley. on Tuesday 13 November 2018 i received another sms to say the phone is currently in transit to the Vodacom collection point which means back at Cape Gate I was shocked because they didnt even send me a quote to say what was wrong with the phone and what should be repaired. I called the Tygervalley repairs centre and they told me they couldnt fix the phone as the device shows as blacklisted. Can I still use the phone if it were blacklisted? They can check my telephone record as well, so I called Vodafone Cape Gate and explained to the lady I cant get to her name but her voice and face sound fami**** she suggest that I need to go back to the police station and get an updated affidavit so that she can send it to the repairs centre. Why should I go through all this trouble again. I'm disgusted in this service I'm without my phone and using a loan phone from someone how long will this take. Please sort out this as we have proof to unblacklisted the device which were emailed to Vodacom and Vodacom send us a reference number.
