Disgusted

On 12/11/19 i received my new phone i had taken when an agent from Elite mobile called me on behalf of Vodacom. I was told i'd get the phone with R125 airtime and 10gigs of data. There was no data, only airtime. On the 13/11/19 i called Vodacom who put me through to Elite and i was told that it was only a once off amount of data, not every month. I was disgusted that agents stoop to this level to get a sale. I told the lady to please have the device collected and to cancel the contract. I also asked to speak to a manager but was told he'd have to call me back as he was busy on a call. The manager (Jody) still hasn't called. I also requested a copy of the call and was told they'd send it to a Vodacom store. This morning 15/11/19 i woke up to an sms that showed R125 deducted from my account which was returned because there was no money in my account. My bank charged me R61 for unpaid debit orders. Who gives them the right to just debit my account? I arranged the debit order for the 30th of every month!!!! I haven't tried calling them again because i don't have a Vodacom phone!!! Im so disgusted with Vodacom right now and im surprised that im so calm. Ive never had such an experience in my 15plus years with MTN. WHAT DO I DO NOW? HOW DO I GET THIS SORTED?

It is now 6/2/2020 and Vodacom is still debiting my account. I have to ask my bank to reverse the debit order each time. Why is it so difficult for them to do what they promised? They were supposed to cancel the contract. I cancelled in less tha 24 hours and they collected the device from me on 19/11/2019. This is so frustrating and disgusting!!!!
