Disgusted

Absolutely pathetic service. Over a period of 5 years Vodacom has been robbing my mother in law. 5 different simcards added to her account. She does not even use them. She pays for something she does not even have a simcard for. During the month of July she was called to do a "upgrade" over the phone. Seeing that she was almost due for a upgrade she accepted the call. Another 2 simcards was then added to her account. The same consultant advised that she is paying for a data sim that she does not use. He does not cancell it, insted he adds more to the account. Just to get a sms yesterday to say please visit the branch to do a upgrade. We visit the branch and get the most horrifying service. The "manager" is rude and does not know anything. Not even atempting to assist us in no way. Just simply says "phone call centre". 3 additional debit orders is taken from the account for upgrade fees. The contract amount is R557 and wifi is R160 but R1170 is debited monthly. This is a pensioner lady and they feel fit to just add more and more to this account. The manager of the branch has the audacity to tell us that it is not just my mother in law. This happens to allot of old people. Shocking. They are going to debit her account again tomorrow with the ridiculously high premium (5 different sim cards that she does not have at all) and also the additional 2 simcards added this month. Thank you Vodacom for your pathetic service. For trying to take an old ladies very last cent. I will make sure that this gets posted on every single social media platform that i can find. I am disgusted. Treating old people like this is something to be ashamed off.
