Disgusted customer

My husband have been trying to upgrade, Vodacom phoned him with an option for a new iphone and the ultra watch. My husband agreed and confirmed that he wants the mentioned deal. After confirming he gets told no he can't have that deal because of his credit record. Interestingly enough the deal is cheaper than what we are currently paying. We asked why if it was more expensive then it is understandable but it will be cheaper and now they don't want to give it to him. How do you explain that? He has made contact with various employees and every time they promise to phone him back and it still hasn't happened since yesterday. We have been clients of Vodacom for 14 years they are slowly but surely loosing us as clients because if this is how they want to treat their customers I really am not interested in supporting them anymore. My husband also said if this is the way they want to do business he will cancel all the active contract he has with Vodacom as they come to expiry date. If you are at all interested in not loosing customers assistance will be appreciated.

Well I'm glad you made contact but even Hello Peter doesn't even help to let Vodacom see that they are loosing valuable customers. 14 years of being a customer doesn't count for anything in their books. Apparently it doesn't matter to them. Thanks for nothing and the ****tiest attitudes ever.
