Disgusted by your pathetic service to a vodacom contract holder

Poor account service , terrible account service. I am appalled at the level of customer service received by your customer agents and your company as a whole!!! On the 20 August 2019, my 24 month contract with Vodacom ends. In all these months prior to 27.12.2018, R491.98, has been debited from my Capitec account. However on the 25.01.2019, I received an sms notification informing that my debit was unsuccessful, i could not understand, because I had more than sufficient funds available in my account. I thought this must be a mistake. Nevertheless the week thereafter i received an sms informing my account is in arrears with the amount of R1083.07 , please call ********** to avoid service interruptions. I made contact with them immediately only to be informed that I cancelled my debit order on my FNB account (how the **** this is possible without me giving consent, blows my mind).Furthermore i have never had an FNB account in my life, the more I was explaining to the consultant that I did or do not have an FNB account , they insisted that I stopped my debit, waaaaaar kom julle aan die snert?? I was then transferred to another consultant who advised that it seems that someone(whoever that someone is, we will never know) manually linked my contract to someone else's account, he then took my details and informed he will make contact with me by latest the Thursday. This never happened, I ended up calling the ********** number again, only to be asked who Mr Singh was, when I gave the consultant my phone number and surprise surprise, a Mr Singh's details appeared to be linked to MY CELLPHONE NUMBER (THAT IS RICA'D with MY ID NUMBER!!!), I was told to pay R491.98 at end of Feb at a Vodacom store because there was no debit order details for them to deduct from (due to the debit order details being changed by heaven knows who) a dispute was logged on 20.02.2019 (which is also the day my service got suspended due to your incompetence) and I was informed it will be resolve within the next 7-11 working days which means this should have been resolved by THE THIRD OF MARCH!!! A few hours later my line was suspended. I called the call centre again and even though I had a dispute pending, I was requested to pay an amount of R884.85 to reinstate my service, this I did later that same day, after numerous calls made to call centre over the next 2-3 days and visiting Vodacom Promenade, my line was reinstated, on the 01.03.2019, I called the call centre again spoke to a Nollu who informed me that there is no payment due on my account, however today 06.03.2019, I received another sms to R1083.07 to avoid service interruption. I find this to be so pathetic, what **** is this that vodacom is running, they mess up and all they can say is we are sorry, I refuse to make this payment, I want this resolved and vodacom to take responsibility and fix there mess!!!!!! How is it possible to change a customer's debit order details or ANYTHING pertain to a fixed 24 month contract without the knowledge OR consent of the contract holder? There is no proof of telephone record or ANY form of communication that indicates i agreed to my banking or debit order details being changed. I wish i never took out a contract with vodacom, i will never ever advise anyone to take out a contract with Vodacom, i will warn people to stay clear of taking out contracts with vodacom
