DISGUSTED BY VODACOM!! I AM TAKING THIS FURTHER WITH THE OMBURDSMAN IF I AM NO HELPED HERE

<p>Its so sad that Companies like Vodacom mislead and deceibestheir customers, and its even painful that the so called Customer Care lines will always refer you back to the store without helping you. </p> <p> </p> <p>Im disgusted by Vodacom because they have deceived and took me for a complete fool i wish i could expose them on National Tv for the whole world to see their incompetence and the theft stunt they have pulled on me.</p> <p> </p> <p>I took my S7 Contract Phone in as it was no lonher charging and overheating, and they booked it in, i was not quoted then or told id be quoted a fewdays after i called in to follow up on my phone amd was told Samsung has billed me R7000, when i called Samsung, they hav never received a phone from Vodacom, which means Vodacom misleads people into believing they work hand in hand with these cellphone companies regarding repairs... I then went back t Vodacom, now all of a sudden they told me they would reduce it to R2000, i immediately suspected foul play.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today i went in to my surprise, my phone has been tampered with in a such a way that it womt switch onn, and the power button is damaged, when i ask, i dont get answers</p> <p> </p> <p>VODACOM IN WITBANK *****S PEOPLE</p> <p>VODACOM HAS BEEN ***********</p> <p>VODACOM HAS MISLEADED ME</p> <p>VODACOM HAS PULL A ***** STUNT ON ME</p> <p>VODACOM OFFERS THEE WORST TERRIBLE SERVICE </p> <p>VODACOM MUST BE BANNED FROM SELLING PHONES</p>
