Disgusted by vodacom contract

I have had a contract with vodacom for the past 7 years and I have never been so ****** and frustrated. I called the cancelations department to cancel a contract as I lost my job but a lady that helped me offered me a very low installment, only to find out there is no such thing.

Instead I ended up paying more they said it's for one month but now they are going to take more money than last month. When you ask how they can't even answer me.

They are ****** and I am disgusted. I will never have a contract with them
