Disgusted by Vodacom

I am very disappointed with Vodacom, I had a contract phone with them and I was behind on my payments, instead of them doing arrangements with me they decided to cancel my number without notifying me or contact to let me know that they are cancelling the number. I called the customer service and I was told that the number will be recycled and be given to someone else, why would you take my number and give it to someone else whereby, I can be given my number and make arrangements with them on the arrears. so they have blacklisted me and cancelled my number as well. how am I suppose to pay for a number that has been cancelled. I need Vodacom to contact me and help resolve this cause it does not make sense and its unprofessional. they lease that they could have done was to notify me.

Can they please reach me on this number as the only number that I had has been cancelled by them. ***

The level of unprofessionalism at Vodacom is disgusting.
