Disgusted by Vodacom

I was recently contacted by the call center for a discount on my existing package I have for extra data. I was told that I would not pay an additional fee for this change and my bill will be less. I checked my statement and I'm paying a R300 extra on my contract. I was **** to by the call center as I asked if I would pay anything extra and the call agent said no. Vodacom needs to listen to that recording as this is not right.
