Disgusted by vodacom

VODACOM that's on my mind how they cheat me out of nearly 7thousand rand in nearly 2 years after my husband passed away every month they only send sms with what i owe after my son had big struggle getting account on his name had to hand in death certificate two times could even find anything on computer that we went there to report his death then we ask struggle to get it on debit order then we struggle to statement out of them the account skye highy every month now first time they sms account and guess what charge me over three hundred and fifty rand each month on my late husbands cell no disgrace you lot of people what more do i need to do can always bring you the ashes and death certificate again im really not very satisfied with Vodacom how they treat their customers if you phone to talk to them you hardly start talking then phone is dead dont know if they just cut a person off or what
