Disgusted at Vodacom service

I have a huge issue with the there lack of service they refuse to take off there debt orders if the date falls on the weekend which is ******* I asked for the debt order to go off on the 7th of each month now they take it off now because the weekend what ******* and I asnwered all there security and they refused to help when I stated my contract was an open contract and I didn't tell how much data I get . There is also something they forgot the privacy act . Ill never use Vodacom again they don't follow instructions and they don't help a person on there customer care line disgusted customer.
