Disgusted at Vodacom Morning Glen!!

We visited the Vodacom store at Morning glen mall on Kelvin drive Gauteng in May 2018. As per the Vodacom book there was a special on the Samsung Galaxy A8 Smartphone with a Free Samsung Galaxy Gear VR Headset and controller valued at R1999 plus a grand prime pro smartphone for an extra R50pm. My husband took the entire deal. There was a guy from Vodacom that did the contract etc and the store manager promised that he will call as soon as he receives the VR headset and controller. We kept calling him and he kept making promises and we visited his store on numerous occasions and nothing. Today my husband went back there and he says that samsungs says the deal is over. This is totally UNACCEPTABLE!!. Vodacom must sort this out immediately. Contact my husband Sanjeev on the number below.
