Disgusted

I recently bought a contract phone, i phone 14 Pro, Vodacom Highveld Mall Witbank. I was advised to take out an insurance for my contract phone, and i did. To my surprise on 7/10/2023, an un-authorised debit of a thousand went off on my account, and i told myself i would call and find out what is was for, because it was confirmed to me that my insurance is 397, besides the contract amount of my i phone, On Monday 09/10/23, i called ***, the insurance company only to find out that the insurance that debited a thousand it goes with some death benefit and it is valid for two month.

I cannot be taking an insurance that cover an i phone and not just any i phone but the latest i phone just for 2 months????

Vodacom is sick to even have that kind of Insurance

My question now is that i was not the one who helped myself with the insurance but a lady from Vodacom Highveld Mall by the name of Alice, assisted me, hence it is not my fault that she chose the wrong cover for me!!!!

What happens now because 7 days has passed and i was sold the WRONG INSURANCE!!! What happens now, because my phone is coverless

Since it is not my fault how is the shop going to solve this one? Because IWANT A COVER AND THEY MUST NOT TELL ME THAT 7 DAYS HAS PASSED!!!!

Because their staff member was at fault!!!!
