Disgusted

I cannot wait for all my contracts to finish with Vodacom so that I can change to a service provider who keeps to promises. 6 Months down the line and no feedback , emails have been sent , phone calls made and nothing. I have been with Vodacom for years and they do not even have the decency to either be honest and let me know what the outcome is or ensure that they are TCF compliant and deliver on their promises. The person appointed to assist with my compliant (Mantake) has not even bothered to reply to my email. I will never recommend Vodacom to anyone nor will I ever take out contracts with them ever again!
