Unbelievable how #Vodacom deal with customers. Bought a 32G SD card at Vodacom Cape Town airport for R399. Back in Joburg and the SD card is *******. I am at the Vodacom Woodmead Retail Centre. They stated that because I am not able to produce the receipt I need to buy a new one or fly back to Cape Town (words verbatim). I wanted to cancel my contract there and then on this new package they sold me with their Executive Pad device ("because I am one of their top 10,000 customers") and they said no. Been with them 20 years and this is how you get treated. I have 5 different contracts including recently offered fibre to the home. Going to can the lot for a small amount of R399 and "it's not our problem" attitude. The product was bought out one of their stores last Saturday, how you cannot claim responsibly is sickening of the service we receive in this country. Shocked, f**cked off and going to take action!!!
