Disgusted!

I like thousands of Vodacom users had their Data deleted on Monday. I like others were assured that it would be returned, Well since Tuesday I have been trying to contact Customer Care who informed me that there was a high load volume of callers and to call back later. You cannot even stay on the phone and wait for a Operator as the automated caller system does not include hold on for a Operator. Vodacom make a mistake but its up to us to fight to get it back Absolutely ridiculous!!!!! This 16 year dedicated Customer has had enough, Going else where!!!!
