Disgusted

I went to collect my Sony xperia Z3 yesterday 01/02/2016 as it had been for repairs. I arrived 20:40 at the Vodacom store only to find the casuals on duty laughing and joking around. As I approached one of the counters I explained to Wade one of the casuals on duty that I came to fetch my phone. I was politely told that their systems were offline already and were not able to check any items out or take any payments. I asked to speak to the manager however Wade came back saying the manager is busy cashing up already. I then asked should I wait , I was then told the manager said you can wait but there's still nothing that can be done.While Wade was going back and fourth to the manager the other casuals started making their way to the back room where the manager was busy cashing up. I then became a laughing matter as the shop ywas empty their voice's echoed in store I heard the one say \he can wait\". I would like to know why is the manager cashing up during business hours and allowing casuals to go offline during business hours as well. Clearly my money I was going to pay for repair was not good enough for them. Is it the fact that I came 20mins before the shop closed that they"
