Disgruntled Vodacom client

I am extremely disappointed with the level of service that Vodacom provides. It is shocking to think that Vodacom's only interest is to rob it's customers. I had complained earlier this week about my phone and a service provider contacted me reporting that the issue would be taken further. I was then called later by the sales assistant and informed that the product which was advertised on the Vodacom brochure valid until the 6th of March, was out of stock and that the product as a whole was not being made anymore. At no point when I took out the contract was this made known me. I have no words left to describe the frustration that Vodacom has caused me.
