DISGRUNTLED AND FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER
Hi
I had a contract with Nashua Mobile and at the end of last year it was given to Vodacom. In April 2015 my phone was locked. after calling Vodacom and having to deal with a rude consultant who told me to pay my phone. I sent multiple proofs that I had paid my account. It was then reopened. after that I received a message that I owe Vodacom R505 and when I asked why I was told it was because of debit orders that did not go through as from 1st January 2015. This confused me as I have never activated a debit order with Vodacom and they have never deducted any debit order from my account until the 1st May 2015. I have sent countless emails to customer care and the POP email address with my bank statement from January 2015 to prove this. No ne bothers to respond to those emails. Now my phone is locked again and I cannot send proof that I paid on the 29 April 2015 because I need it in order to access my internet banking.

This has inconvenienced me a lot and now I am beyond anger and frustration. This is my last resort.

Regards,
