Hello to all concerned. I think it is about time we hold A Service provider Like Vodacom accountable for the bad service. I bought a Vodacom Tablet for my Daughter on her Birthday 27 Jan 2016. The tablet only worked for one day. I was told to go to my nearest service centre which was Cresta. After a week I was sent an SMS saying ready to be collected and this was to be replaced with anew Tablet supposedly. When I got home and opened the tablet from the bubble wrap I notice this was a new unit. I immediately called customer service and the person that assisted me said that a replacement unit is a brand new unit sealed in a box. She reported to the Cresta branch and I think there was a Leon not sure on the name, That called me on 01 March and said that they replace with used units.
I think this is NOT what should happen as I bought a brand new unit, if this is the case then they should sell 2nd hand units at their stores from now onwards.
oh I am still waiting to hear from the Cresta branch Manager to date.
Bu the way I called Customer service again and only to made aware with the IMEI number it shows that my replacement unit was already returned to Vodacom in July 2015
