Disgraceful service of Vodacom

Dear Mr CEO of Vodacom

I am at the point where I do not know how to resolve this matter and obtain answers to questions I have requested from Vodacom.

I write this post due to disgrace of service by Vodacom. My matter has been a issue since August 2016. I originally had a contract with Autopage Cellular(closed down now), however the contract was taken over by Vodacom. The phone I had was unfortunately ****** out of my pocket and unfortunately I did not have insurance( I had my phone for 3 weeks before it was ******)

When my phone was ******,Autopage Cellular' s call centre was still active in order to advise customers of the change to Vodacom. When I phoned I was told speak to Vodacom, which I did. Upon phoning Vodacom I wad told by one of the employees 'what must we do' (when I said my phone is ******). Is this the level of service one receives from Vodacom ? I eventually just left it and continue to pay for a phone I no longer have. After about 3 months into the contract, I received a email, informing me that my account has been handed over due to none payment. When I questioned it, I was informed it was due to no banking details on your system. Really. For about 3 months payments went off. After 3 months banking details just disappear. Vodacom eventually blamed Autopage(a company that technically didn't not exist anymore). To resolve matters I forwarded my details. I increased the amount to cover arrears and current installments. Payment was supposed to go off end of August or September 2016( need to check my email),however when I phoned Vodacom, I was informed they have no banking details. I resend the same email with my details,I originally send. It took Vodacom 20 days to load my banking details

Anyway. Fast forward to November 2016. I get another email informing me my contract has been handed over again( keep in my mind, debit order eventually went off). Once again, emails went back and forth. I was told no payments were received, yet I had bankstatements and text messages to confirm. After many emails, it was discovered the payments were never allocated correctly and it wad laying in a suspense account or something. Eventually the payments were allocated.

Anyway. Fast forward February 2017. I received another email, informing me I was handed over again. When questioned, I was informed that the debit order was canceled. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES DID I CANCEL THE DEBIT ORDER. I emailed your customer care department_ no response. I emailed social media_ no resonse. I emailed subscriptions_no response. I went into one of the Vodacom stores to obtain a email address of a senior manager, whereby I was given the number of your CRM department in Tyger Valley. Really ! The girl just said 'I will forward it on', I even copied her in on my emails to the above departments and guess what_ no response from her.

I have a trail of emails with names etc on how I have been trying to resolve this matter. I received a email on Thursday from a lady in Subscriptions informing she was on leave. Do people's work stand still when they on leave ? Bad ! Please know, I emailed a general email address(not directly to her), which I am sure more than one person has access too. I was advised to fill in a reactivation form which I did and emailed back.

Now. My one question I have asked so many departments within Vodacom WHY was the debit order cancelled and WHO cancelled it ? NO ONE ANSWERS ME !!!!! I do not know what to do. All I need are answers. Please assist.

Thanking you.

M Hammond

********** 304

Sent from my Samsung Galaxy smartphone.
