Disgraceful Service

The customer service is abolutely ,disgraceful the agents are not interested in resolving my problem. I’ve been sent from pillar to post, each department sending me to the next, It’s amazing how no one will take responsibility for a simple query. They sent me a faulty devise, everyone I spoke to apologises for the inconvenience but doesn’t actually do anything to assist me. When I originally logged a complaint I wasn’t given a reference number, the agent was supposed to sms it to me.
