Disgraced Service

Both Vodacom and Intellicell have now disappoint me. Intellicell have deducted R339.00 as requested and Vodacom also has not allocated my data and free minutes for this contract. I have escalated this to ICASA, Vodacom is giving me the run around now for the past 10 days. Also I have been receiving phone call from debt collections agencies for Standard Bank, Vodacom, Capfin for this number ***. As this is a refurbished number I want a new number and a new device. Since I haven't been allocated what is owed to me, I also want 6 months free data, without paying. I have been loading my number with R29.00 airtime, every second day. I also want to be compensated as I still didn't received my allocation. The consultant requested for a bank statement, which I forwarded but yet have not received any feedback. This is no a serious complaint and must be dealt with IMMEDIATELY by a complaints advisor and not by customer service, cause they give me the run around.

Why am I always getting this automated response. I also work in a Contact Centre. During this week I'm only available as from 8am - 9:30am and 4pm - 5pm.
It's been long enough now, that this query has been ongoing. Today I will have to purchase again airtime and convert it into DATA.
Just give me a new device with a new contract and 3 - 6 months DATA as a Gesture of Goodwill, for your mistake. The debt collection calls is now none stop.
PLEASE HELP OR I'LL HAVE TO DO SOMETHING ELSE.
