Disgrace of a Customer service caller

Such a disgrace!!

You guys called me regarding my father's contracts , they usually call me because my father can't always answer due to being at work , i told the lady that , she got mad , snapped her tung at me and ended the call , Going to ask my dad to cancel all our contracts and move , never have i had this happened , been a customer for like 10 years plus probably, you are going to lose a good customer, always payed on time and this is what i get in return??
