Disgrace!!!!!!

Vodacom fiber is a disgrace!!!! 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 When I phone in with a complaint there is a different story every time . Then Wendy tells me today vodacom is working on their side.... it's my Problem I must wait for the technician that in NOT working on weekends.. But they had the complain from Thursday!!

So when I requested a supervisor I was told by wendy that she can't transfer me. Only email?? ***?? So Abdallah Fuffode is working today but is not at work!!! 👀👀👀

This is not the first time!! We had a issue last October for more than a week with no internet!!

We have a contract with vodacom as a service provider! Where is the service??? Now I am told it's the not their problem!!! These call centers are a joke!!! They even hammering in the back while on the line with me!!!!!

Again 24 hours passed. I was told they will get back... Still nothing.. Also still waiting for the supervisor to phone!!!!
