DISFUNCTIONAL ABNORMAL

Vodacom Repair Shop in Vanderbijlpark has no customer service at all, if it comes to promotions and special deals.

My father upgraded on 17th November with a package to receive like the advert says; R2700 in guaranteed vouchers are yours. He still did not receive a sms. When I phoned I was advised to phone Vodacom customer care, which I did. They told me the store must handle it as they did the upgrade instore, I phone the store again; they said we had to wait a few more working days then we must contact them again!!!!!!

My father went to the store on 29th December only for them to tell him that they cannot do anything he must phone 082135!!!!!

All the way from Koppies to Vanderbijlpark +-60km if not more. That is really pathetic!!!!!!

So when I contacted 082135 now 02nd January 17:20. They told me they will escalate the problem and it might take another 7-14working days???????

Really Vodacom, I always recommended you to everyone. But now I will overthink that 10 times.

So the Huawei lady at Vodacom, I don't recall her name and the Sonika girl didn't do anything to help us.

Really and the customers are paying all their salaries.
