Discusting Vodacom

I had a fibre line with Vodacom and deactivated it when i moved as there was no fibre in my new suburb. A year later Vodacom i recieved an account from fibre, when i phone them i found out there have been lines added and removed all year. Now they have blogged my account. Everyday i phone them and everyday they will phone me back and still waiting for the call back... it is discusting. I am traveling today in the rain with no active line.
