I logged a complain in July for cancellation of contracts which was done and conformation of contract sent to me now i receive a statement saying i am owing again. Which contract I am owing if contract was cancelled and changed to prepaid. I really appauld by the vodacom services.

21 Sept 2020, 16:56Why Iam getting calls from collections department saying my account are in arrears and i have been handed over to collections and they want me to make payment arrangements as to when i making payments. Was given an email to send the conformation of contract cancelled *** which comes back undelivered. Bad Service Vodacom.
