************** of Language

I called vodacom call center on friday the 19th, I was calling them regarding the device that I bought from them. Unfortunately I couldnt get the answers of what I was looking for, reason being the consultant did not want to assisst, what she did while I was speaking to her she said she dont understand I must wait she is transfering me to a venda speaking person, to my surprise she did not ask what language do I speak, she did not wait for me to say yes she can transfere me. Yes as a customer I have the rights to language, however I did not request language barrier to the consultant. She decided to read names and asume that I speak the language she think I speak, so what if I speak Afrikaans, Zulu, Sotho or other language beside the one that she asume. Does that mean if a customer calls vodacom communicating in english as a business language you are forced to be transfered to your home language without your own request? After being transfered I couldnt want to speak to a person I was transfered to I just tell the consultant that she must call a manager and I was told that the manager can not come to the phone, then the team leader took over the call and I request her to listen to the call and tell me if its how vodacom works, am still waiting for a feedback on my email and phone call and I didnt receive my feedback. From friday I am now scared to call vodacom call center due to being disrespected, insulted that way. Its better Vodacom take their device and remove me from their systems I will look for a network that will appreciate to assisst me as a venda speaking customer when I call them for assisstance.
