Discriminating agaist loyal customer because of debt review

I have been a loyal client of Vodacom for almost 20 years. Never have I ever made a late payment. Currently I have 2 cell phones and 2 routers on contract with them. Unfortunately due to an ugly divorce I have been placed under debt review. However, since the start of my debt review I have upgraded my daughters phone, the two routers and my own phone. The time has come to upgrade my daughters phone again but now all off a sudden they have a problem because I am on debt review. I have never skipped a payment and my payments have always been done on time. Please explain to me why I managed to upgrade the first time but not now? Why do Vodacom call me to tell me its time to upgrade if I am not allowed to do so if I am on debt review? If they don't want to upgrade my contracts I will cancel all 4 contracts with them and will go to another service provider that is willing to help me. I have never been so disappointed with Vodacom. I have always received excellent service but I seems that is something of the past.

Reviewer Update
Dear Vodacom

I am deeply shocked by the way you are doing business. At first you did not want to upgrade my phone because I am on debt review and then after my request to cancel my account and you confirming that my query has been resolved, I found out today that the full amount for that account will be deducted on 15 June 2020 because you NEVER cancelled the contract as promised. I therefore will cancel all my accounts once my contract has lapsed and I will go and find someone that can offer me a better service. If this is how you treat loyal customers God forbid how you will treat the new one's. I was told that it is too late for the debit order to be stopped and I therefore request an immediate payback of my money.
