Discriminated by Vodacom

I have app**** for a phone since July, vodacom is rejecting my application. My credit score has been poor due to covid challenges and short pays. Now i have recovered since May and have given proof of all my paid up bills and also a letter to show that my new employer has given me a phone allowance. However vodacom is still discriminating me. Please help, i need a decent phone to perform my work duties and do not have the cash to purchase a phone.
