Discriminate for trying to become debt free.

Vodacom does not allow u to upgrade while under debt review. I was told by them that a credit check needs to be done as the contract is treated as a credit account and not a service agreement. They do not care if u made payments on time or never skipped a payment. This is how loyal customers are treated.
