Discontinued phones (When not Discontinued)

Hi have been searching for a reasonable priced upgrade on my current Iphone. Was looking at the Iphone 7... as it seems the most reasonably priced... but Vodacom states the phone is discontinued- it is not! All other providers are still advertising the product but not Vodacom? Why??? Give a proper reason and not a blatant lie!

It has been more than one month since I have received feedback on my queries - 12 February 2018 to be exact. Can this problem be resolved and Vodacom provide the services at the advertised prices?

Almost another month has passed - no resolution nor answer as to the adverti*****ts and blatant lies offered by Vodacom. I have forwarded a deal offered in February 2018 on the Vodacom website - opting to take the deal on upgrade I receive the response the deal must be investigated first. I have a reference number which can't be found on the Vodacom systems - and no response to any of my queries even after the last mail (received in February 2018 from Vodacom) stated the query in being investigated - how does it take more than 2 months to find a deal published on your website and give the upgrade to your clients. apart from the fact that the contract specifications are far more expensive than your competitors in the market (@CellC) for the same of better benefits. Vodacom is claiming to be the largest company - yet no customer service is offered... could you now finally resolve the query - give me and my wife our upgrades as advertised in February 2018 (refer email for the screen grab I have taken and sent to Vodacom)... I await an urgent reply.
