Discontinue *** it does not work; not one person is qualified to settle accounts.

I went to Vodaworld on the 21st of January, I paid you in full – I settled the account. To date you have not settle my contract on your side, nor port my number. I phoned in multiple times, I even resent the documentation at your request and still the contract is not settled.

Underneath review was loaded on the 6th of February after several failed attempts to get this contract settled (number ********** should be discontinued) not one person in that department knows how to do their jobs… On the review underneath you rep**** that someone would phone me - also never happened! I will now no longer take responsibility for any unpaid monies at Vodacom, I will be using the new Cell C sim card. Just know that you are very bad at your jobs, shockingly so.... I will cancel my Vodacom debit order; there will be no way you will ever again get a cent from me. It is now your problem I wash my hands. I will keep this letter as proof - of attempts to move on amicably, as well as the documents for settlement when you blacklist me. I'm done following up it's your problem now:

I want to thank you for wasting my time because your complete incompetence; and for being just another company with shocking service and useless staff, service in this country is a joke at best. This message will make no difference; but I now can walk away knowing that at least I tried everything.

Original Review 6th February

“I did everything right 100% according to your instruction and somehow I ‘m still your client?

I wanted to move from Vodacom to Cell-C, their contract suites me better. I got a settlement amount on the 20th of January. On the 21st of January took up a contract from Cell-C and went to Sandton Towers to settlement my contract and close it. The bright spark at Sandton Towers asked my how to do the settlement process and I had to explain to her that I do not know – I do not work for Vodacom. We mutually decided that it would be best for me to attempt this again the following day at midrand – Vodaworld. Went to Vodaworld on Sunday the 22nd of January, very helpful people, I paid the quoted settlement amount, we submitted all the documentation and that was supposed to be that – done and dusted, or you would think so…. Unfortunately not after numerous attempts even re-submitting the original documentation I’m still a client of Vodacom. I need this contract to end (2 weeks ago) so that we can port the number to Cell-C, I did everything you expected from me - and it did not work?”
