Disconnected without an explanation
<p>I messed up my sim when I tried to cut it smaller for my iPhone. I went to go get a swimswop and learned that my phone is blocked. Not softblocked where I can still phone customer support. No totally blocked so I can't even receive a call or text. When I phone I get sent from one person to the next. I'm so frustrated. </p>
