Dischem Voucher

I have purchased a Dischem voucher from the Vodapay App, using the Shopping Tab - Vouchers and sub category Groceries and Shopping. The purchase amount was for R880 and the voucher value was R1000. I have not yet received my voucher code and sms. It is also not showing on the app. The transaction shows successful on the app for R880 Time: 12h25 Date: 04/04/2022 I have called Dischem customer care also, they cannot assist and asked to contact Vodapay. I have contacted Vodacom ***** line numerous times from the 04 April 2022, keep speaking to operators and having to explain the entire story again. I have emailed vodacom customer care also sending all the information requested, no response. I have a received a ticket number A2-T7H7-4UIT7 via sms. I received a call on the 09 April 2022 from a vodacom agent saying I will receive my sms with the voucher codes, which I did not receive. I called vodacom again on the 9th April to inform I have not received the codes although I received another sms from vodacom stating my ticket number has been closed. The operator said she will call me back, but nothing. To date I have not received my voucher codes, I have to continuously keep contacting vodacom and being transfered from one operator to another and saying the entire story again. When will you decide to give me what I paid for. Horrible service - STAY AWAY FROM THE VODAPAY APP!!!

16 April 2022 I have received a private message from Vodacom with Vouchers codes that they supposedly sent via sms ,which I have not received. Further to that I have tried using those voucher codes supp**** via the private message received from Vodacom, those codes do no work.

When will I receive the correct codes? When will I get help from Vodacom.

I contacted my bank to try to reverse the payment to Vodacom, to which I have to pay a fee.

Truly frustrating service from Vodacom!!!!
