DISASTROUS SERVICE!!!

On the 30th March, I paid Vodacom an amount of R2709.00 at their Canal walk branch Century City, Cape Town. This was after I tried to cancel my expired contracts as they informed me that I first need to settle my arrears amount before they can load the cancellation (Please refer to my previous HP complaint). I then called Retentions on the same day as I was advised by the Canal Walk branch that the payment will reflect in about 1-2 hours on the system and only then Retentions will be able to load my cancellation. I was transferred to Collections where I spoke to CAROLINE. She advised me that she can see that I made the payment, however there is a 94 cents outstanding but she will ask this to be waived. I asked to load the cancellation of all 3 my contracts immediately as I do not want to incur additional expenses and on a RECORDED LINE SHE ASSURED ME THAT I DONT HAVE TO WORRY EVERYTHING IS TAKEN CARE OF. Please draw that call. Today 6 April, I receive a NON-PAYMENT LETTER from Vodacom that they have submitted a debit order for R30.71 and it was returned. I call Retentions, speak to NOGULULELO, he tell me is going to check, then hangs up. I call back, I am advised that they CLOSED!!
