disaster

<p>yesterday i realised that my R112 airtime and 13. something GB was missing i was suprprised i then called vadacom. Firstly i spoke to some lady whose name was Mpumi when i explained the situation to her she didnt even attempt to help me her sercive was horrible she than kept keep qauite n didnt speak to me and i could hear that she was still on line and after a few minutes hanged up. I then attempted again and again after holding for so long got some lady cant remember her name i think it was Aan she tries to assist and told me to stay on the line while she was checking and i did so then the line got cut. To my surprise my call was never returned. I had to call the 3rd time around now but still the line got cut whiles i aws holding for the so called they checking. That was the worst expierence ever. all i want is my airtime and data back cause it cant just dissapear and worse they dont wanna be accountable and worst staff</p>
