Disappointment upon disapointment

RE: EC-0BFH-3K5RV8

After lengthy debates it was concluded that my account was incorrectly upgraded and that I will need to return the phone that I have been sent.

I have been communicating with Cassandra for the last couple of days at th "eccclo" email address of vodacom.

RAM tried to collect the phone only once and unfortunately I was at work. They advised my mother who was home that they will collect it at my work the following day. That never happened.

Cassandra sent me a mail stating that if I do not return the phone, it will be blacklisted and the matter escelated. That was on the 14th of February. I have since sent 4 emails, advising her of my whereabouts and asking REPEATEDLY if I can return this phone to a Vodashop to which she never answered me.

She rep**** this morning with "I advised RAM that it was with your receptionist. They say they can't reach you on your number."

Now, I IMPLORE YOU to check my call history and see if you can find a single call from RAM that I have missed.

I am so very eager to sort out this issue and now I'm just speaking to a wall.

I have asked Cassandra NUMEROUS times if I can take the phone to a vodashop to be returned or even to vodaworld, since RAM seems to not be doing their job.

I have since purchased an S7 from MTN following all the drama that Vodacom gave me about me trying to keep the one that was sent to me, even after I offered paying for it.

I want it returned to Vodacom SOONEST as I was advised by Cassandra that I cannot keep it regardless of any reason and I do not want a blacklisted phone or be seen as a *****, especially if I am trying my hardest to get your phone back to you.

If this matter does not get sorted today, I will have to take the phone to a police station for safekeeping. I cannot keep travelling the phone to work and back. I work at a High School and the phone can easily get ******.

PLEASE can someone just tell me what to do???
