Disappointment of Vodacom CW branch

Vodacom has been my service provider for almost 10 years now. I associate the brand with professionalism and an etiquette of good client service. To my dismay, the experience I had with Vodacom Canal Walk branch was far short of this. The conduct and etiquette by one of your consultants was extremely unprofessional and upright appalling.

From her swearing and showing gestures towards a client (we saw this as she did it in the staff room and we were located opposite the staffroom, the staffroom door had not been closed by her) to her later audibly (to us) swearing at a client as the client existed the premises. Furthermore she took an unsolicited teabreak whilst people were cueing outside the shop - we know it was unsolicited as we asked the consultant whether it was teatime. During this teabreak her mannerism included, putting her feet up whilst drinking coffee and video calling someone - in terms of which we could hear her laugh loudly and in a mocking tone. It was so disruptive that the consultant who was assisting us gave her a stern look to which she responded with slamming the staff room door in our face.

Another alarming incident was when she handed a form to us whilst she was eating chips - this form then had a chip stain on it. This was alarming as we are living through a pandemic which is transmitted by something as simple as a saliva stain droplet on a form. Hence her mannerism really goes to question the Covid measures in Vodacom.

I have tried voicing my grievances with Vodacom on their social media platforms but in my direct messages they seem to shield away from taking responsibility or holding the relative parties accountable.

It is disappointing that a service provider that I once held to such high standards and moral do not even believe in the essence of just action and accountability
