Disappointment for disregard of customers

On 3 June 2016 I booked my Sony Xperia Z3 compact in for repairs as my phone switched on and didn't switch back on. It should be noted that the back of the phone was cracked.

I was advised that the phone would have to be sent to Sony and I would have my phone in 15 working days. I had been told that I would have to pay to fix the back. It is now 13 working days and I received an SMS to say that the phone will be sent back to Vodacom unrepaired. When I called vodacom to see what was happening an extremely condescending consultant advised me that I had not given the go ahead, the manager then came on the phone and advised they will contact me back and I'm still waiting. I have not received any correspondence prior to this message saying my phone is returned unrepaired...

upon booking my phone in I requested a loan phone as I need my phone for my business and I was told someone would contact me in a day or 2 and that aswell did not happen.

i can not wait another 15 days for my phone because I am losing business and as a customer of vodacom for over 15 years I am very disappointed with the service and disregard for clients.
