Disappointment
I think you guys should change partnership with RAM hand to hand couriers.I've taken a contract with vodacom shop which I spoke to a friendly agent which helped me but I've been waiting for my parcel for 7days now all I get its a msg informing me the parcel is on the way for delivery but I haven't received it I think the best way is to cancel that contract. I'm so disappointed.
