Disappointing service from vodacom's online agent :(
Below is my chat with one of the vodacom agents. I really cannot believe that with the COVID-19 outbreak vodacom expects us to go their stores to do business with them. The responses I've received from their agent has really left me disheartened. I wanted to take advantage of one of their deals but me being a potential client and receiving such responses makes me wonder if indeed I should be investing my hard-earned money on their services. The chat was cut short because the service agent discontinued it as I was asking for her surname and a superior's email address. I'm not sure if they will contact me after posting this review and if not, I will understand why I've received service of that nature from Tinotenda.

Lebo: By that time the special would have expired Tinotenda: I cannot provide you with something i do not have available so it is not turning money away. Lebo: Wow Tinotenda...so much for customer service Lebo: Perhaps this is a sign that I should not do business with vodacom. If already I am not a customer but a potential one yet I am being treated like this... Tinotenda: We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience. Tinotenda: What do you suggest i do in this instance as we do not have what you are looking for? Lebo: No it's the inconvenience I am worried about more about my dealing with you. Lebo: I cannot believe your responses Lebo: Do you perhaps have someone superior I can chat with? Lebo: I don't believe a company as big as vodacom will just allow themselves to lose potential clients Tinotenda: Unfortunately not here on chat. Unless if you call in. Lebo: No one is answering your lines, I tried that
