Disappointing service

Its disappointing to experience my fibre not working since Monday evening. I understand loadshedding is the reason for most of the mishaps, which is beyond your control however should not be used as an excuse. I contacted Vodacom Fibre on Tuesday evening and was advised that a ticket cannot be logged due loadshedding and the requirement is a ticket can only be logged after 48hrs due to loadshedding, understandable yet unacceptable. I then contacted Vodacom on Wednesday and was unable to get assistance due to your systems been down. I was contacted about 4 in the afternoon,to check if my wifi was working of which it wasn't. The lady that assisted me was knowledgeable however was unable to get the wifi working, due to an infrastructure issue beyond her control. She logged a ticket and issued a reference no. I called Vodacom Fibre today and was advised that nobody was assigned to the call as the turn around time is 24-48hrs. I highlighted to the call centre agent that iI was not happy and if she can't assist or get the f8bre sorted then I would like to speak to her team leader of which the disappointment continued...firstly when she called she behave as if shes doing me a favor. She didn't introduce herself to me , she greeted and kept quiet. When I spoke and tried to explain, she said you wanted to speak to me....no customer service for someone in her ranking. To cut a long story short, I asked her is there any reason why the ticket wasn't issued to a technician, she continuously only spoke jargon that is used in the background of Vodacom from colleague to colleague. The turnaround time is 24-48hrs and ticket not assigned. I asked her is there any reason why the ticket isn't allocated to anyone, is there perhaps not enough staff etc, she said no there is enough staff but the ticket is just not yet allocated as it not yet 48hrs. So basically there is no drive to push for customers to be satisfied. She kept using her jargon that this must be escalated via this and that etc. Firstly I'm disappointed that I had to call a good few times and waste my time Secondly that team leader is not fit for the position she holds. "Listen to the recording" Mostly I'm disappointed that my fibre isnt working for the last few days and getting no joy. The teamleader advised that she will email the relevant dept to assist but she isn't able to give feedback, if I don't get joy today I must once again contact them tomorrow morning. I stressed out my kids need to complete assignments etc and it's costing us more money to accommodate that. Lastly I would like to be reimbursed for no service since Monday evening. Please understand whilst I'm stressing out my disappointment, I do understand there are protocols. Thank you
