Disappointing service

I am very disappointed in Vodacom customer care, i always receive poor service from them.

This afternoon around 2pm i spoke to a very rude, impatient and inconsiderate lady called Thabisile (she refused to give her name).

She failed to resolve my issue instead she put me on hold for more than 20 minutes, i have a contract with Vodacom that is coming to an end soon, i am never returning to them...
